About Our Firm
BREI was founded with the goal of providing a higher level of control in building long term wealth for qualified investors. Our investments allow your money to turn at a higher velocity thereby giving you better returns than most investments provide, all while producing cash-flow. After many repeat investments via IRA’s, 401k’s, Life Insurance etc, we as owners became frustrated with the “dream” of retiring at 65 and the never ending list of hidden fees, along with the complete lack of control. BREI only owns REAL ASSETS; property you can touch, income statements and business plans that show and share it all, so you know EXACTLY what’s going on with your investment and why.
JACOB BREEDLOVE

Jake Breedlove has more than 18 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. He started his career in the direct to door business in 1998 and started his first direct marketing business in 2002. He as extensive experience with data list generation, graphic design, printing, direct mail, door-to-door marketing and turnkey advertising campaigns. Jake is dedicated to helping customers find the marketing list that best fits their targeted marketing campaign. He holds a B.A. in Business and a Masters in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is married with two children and resides in Richardson, Texas. He is an active member of Watermark Church in Dallas, Texas. Jake has over 20 years of experience in the real estate investments industry.

OLIVIA BREEDLOVE
Senior Consultant & Partner
Olivia Breedlove has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Olivia started their career as an Infographics reporter at Columbia Missourian in 2008. Olivia then worked as an Assistant Sports Producer at Yahoo!7 Sport Australia before joining the University of Missouri as an Athletic Media Relations Student Assistant. Olivia continued their career as a Public Relations Intern at Dallas Stars and an Athletic Public Relations Assistant at Southern Methodist University. In 2013, Olivia became an Assistant Director of Communications at the National Football Foundation and later joined Conference USA as an Assistant Director of Media Relations. Olivia also served as the Director of Communications at Conference USA. In 2012, they worked as a Media Staff member at Charles Schwab Challenge. Olivia joined the Dallas Mavericks in 2010 as a Game Night Stat Crew member. Olivia then moved on to Dallas Regional Chamber, where they held various roles including Director of Communications and Marketing, Managing Director of Communications and Marketing, and presently serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Creative. Olivia Breedlove pursued their education in journalism, starting from 2005 to 2009 at the University of Missouri-Columbia. During their studies, they decided to broaden their horizons and completed a study abroad program at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, in 2008. Olivia has over 5 years of experience in the real estate investments industry.

BREI was founded on the belief that those who are most fortunate have a duty to support others in need. On every managed project, 5% of the sponsor/split will be given back to a nonprofit which helps fight child hunger.
